MOUS certifications must be from Office 2000 and will equal the same Skillcheck Test
(for example, the MOUS Word 2000 equals the Skillcheck Word Test)

IC3 Certifications cannot be prior to 2003 but will satisfy all of the 24 hour expectation.

To have exceptions qualify, make copies of certification and send to Susan Quinn. AND Make a copy and file with Proficiency Plan (your supervisor)
