| Information Presentation | Training sessions for the handheld computer will be presented via Web-based tutorials. |
| Student Participation | Learning environment is home, computer lab, library or classroom where students can practice implementation. This web based training will be directed specifically at the Palm handheld computer. Students will be expected to participate in web-based training that will cover content in a total of 6 hours of online time, broken down into 45 minute blocks or 1 ½ hour blocks, depending on ability level of trainee. |

| Tasks | My method of delivery for training will be Web/Electronic Performance Support Systems (W/EPSS). There are several methods of training available for handheld computers, but it is delivered via face to face training or linear application of programs available on the handheld computer. Since this level of learners have multiple levels of experience, it is felt that training focusing on problem-solving (when do I create a new contact) or project method (beaming my appointments for a month) would apply best to these learners. |
| Processes | At the end of the training period, learners will be able to traverse basic handheld computer applications and apply time management skills. |
